The Friendly Bark – Recurring Payment Agreement
This Recurring Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the customer (“Member” or “You”) and The Friendly Bark, located at 19902 40th Ave. West, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
By purchasing a monthly subscription with The Friendly Bark, you agree to the following terms:
1. Authorization for Recurring Payments
By enrolling in a monthly membership (including but not limited to The Friendly Bark Membership, or The VIP Bark Membership), you authorize The Friendly Bark to charge your selected payment method automatically each month for the membership plan you have chosen.
2. Payment Schedule
Recurring payments will be charged on the same calendar day each month based on your original sign-up date. If your payment date falls on a non-business day, the charge will be processed on the next business day.
3. Membership Terms
- Your membership will remain active and automatically renew each month until canceled.
- Prices and benefits of each membership tier are listed on our website and are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Your membership is non-transferable.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at fun@yourfriendlybark.com.
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Payment Method Changes
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is current and valid. If a payment is declined, we will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. Access to the park may be paused until payment is received.
6. Authorization Certification
By checking the box and completing your membership purchase, you:
- Certify that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided,
- Have read and agreed to this Recurring Payment Agreement, and
- Authorize The Friendly Bark to charge your card for recurring monthly membership fees as outlined above.
